What is FREE Standard Delivery?

We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all orders. You can expect your items to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

What is Super Express Delivery?

Need your order urgently? Choose Super Express Delivery to receive your items within 1 to 2 business days for an additional charge of SGD $30.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All online orders are processed during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (Singapore Time). Once your payment has been received, your order will be packed and scheduled for courier pickup.

Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days (additional charges apply)

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with two options:
1. Wait for Restock: We’ll hold your order and ship it as soon as the item becomes available.
2. Full Refund: Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I speak to someone before making a purchase?

Absolutely! You can call us or email our customer service team.
Our friendly support manager will be happy to assist you during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping for selected products. Please contact us with the item details and your delivery address, and we’ll provide a shipping quote.

Do deliveries take place on weekends?

Yes, we deliver during weekdays, after business hours, weekends, and occasionally on public holidays.

What if my package arrives damaged or not working?

All our items are covered under manufacturer warranty. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Our team will assist you in resolving it promptly.
