The BrightSign XD234 Standard I/O Player offers a powerful 4K video engine capable of decoding one 4Kp60 video or two Full HD videos simultaneously and supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ content. It includes the standard I/O package of Gigabit Ethernet, GPIO, IR, analog/digital audio and an M.2 SSD PCIe interface.
BrightSign XD delivers superior technology for advanced applications, including a powerful 4K video decoding engine that supports all the technology standards of the True 4K ecosystem: H.265/H.264-encoded native 4K content at 60fps, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HDMI 2.0a for stunning picture quality. It is also capable of 4K upscaling and dual decoding two 1080p60 videos at once. All models include Gigabit Ethernet and offer a hardware-accelerated HTML5 engine with advanced performance.

BrightSign XD Series delivers true 4K with H.265 decoding via HDMI 2.0a at 60fps for stellar video playback. XD4 players also support H.264 decoding of 4K video. XD4 players now support HDR10+ & Dolby Vision for displaying vibrant colors in highlights and detail in shadows.
XD4 players also offer superior scaling technology delivering pristine video quality for any screen or zone size including upscaling of Full HD video to 4K. It also provides accelerated JPEG decompression for instant image display and high-speed transitions. Furthermore, XD4 players also feature simultaneous playback of content from local, streaming and live content sources.
