What is FREE Standard Delivery?
We provide $$$ Standard Delivery for ALL orders. You can expect your item delivered between 3 to 5 business days.
What is Super Express Delivery?
We can deliver the items to you within 1 to 2 business days at an express delivery charge of SGD $30.
I have just placed an order online. How long will it take for me to receive the item (Order processing time)?
- We process all online orders during our offices hours from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (Singapore Time).
- Once your order and payment has been received, your order will be packed and scheduled for pick up by our courier service company. Delivery will take about 3 to 5 business day.
How long do the delivery methods take (Delivery time)?
- Free Standard Delivery – 3 to 5 business day.
- Express Delivery – 1 to 2 business days. (Contact us for this option, express delivery charges applies)
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock, you will be presented with 2 options.
- Option 1: If you can wait for the item to be re-stock, we will hold your order deliver as soon as the stock arrives.
- Option 2: We will refund you the full amount of the order to your mode of payment.
I have some questions before I make the purchase, is there someone I can reach out to?
Yes, absolutely! You can Livechat or email us and our friendly customer service manager will get in touch with you with regards to your queries. Our business hours are from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Do you have a physical store where I can come down and view and purchase the items from?

International Shipping – Do you offer shipping and delivery outside of Singapore?
Yes we do for certain products. Please let us know which item you would like to purchase and your international delivery address.
Do deliveries take place on weekends?
Yes, we do deliver on weekdays during business hours, after business hours, weekends and sometimes during public holidays.
What if my package arrives damaged or not working?
All our items are under manufacturer warranty. We can help you resolve it. Please email us with your order number and the issue you encounter.
